Register a company via the e-Commercial Register’s Company Registration Portal

At first, go to the e-Commercial Register’s Company Registration Portal. To access the site and register your company, you need an ID card or mobile ID and digital signature software to provide a digital signature.

Then you must enter the details of the company to be established and founders, the name of the company and design a template for articles of association. Then pay the state fee and pay the share capital contribution. In Estonia, it is possible to establish a private limited company without paying in the share capital, but it is recommended to do so, because then it is possible to pay dividends.
